Our team has received the certificates
of the International Montessori Association
We are proud to share with you our professional experience.

Our team members successfully completed the official AMI training course for Montessori classes 3-6 and received certificates from the International Montessori Association.

We were lucky to learn from one of the outstanding trainer, Madlena Ulrich and during 10 days absorb the knowledge and spirit of Motessori philosophy.

We learned how to use each child's developmental stages in pedagogy, figured out how carefully the environment in the kindergarten should be thought out and prepared for normalization of the child. Madlena Ulrich shared the technique of conducting of courtesy lessons, as well as various educational games for children. We have improved our understanding of what Montessori freedom is and how to set the limits and rules for the upbringing of self-awareness and self-control in a child.
Our team once again became convinced of how finely the technique of Maria Montessori seems to hone the child's potential and provides an opportunity for the natural development of individuality and the ability to independently choose, create and learn.

Maria Montessori said:" We discovered that education is not something which the teacher does, but that it is a natural process which develops spontaneously".

During these 10 days of training, Madlena Ulrich has given us so much and has left a trace in my mind. She has modeled the behaviour that she wishes we can reach as teachers in our classrooms. We are all familiar with the Montessori method, but, we lack knowledge about the study of the brain and its development. We have all forgotten what it is like to be children, right? The prepared environment, the freedom and independence, the respect and understanding are key concepts for a child's development. I would like to share so much with you and for this reason, you are welcome to be fascinated by the implementation of these principles in our classrooms - our English-speaking Montessori teacher, Elena Shtrykun, shares his impressions.

"The AMI Standard for Teaching Assistants (3-6 years old) impressed me with a hands-on course. As it is Montessori pedagogy, its principles: freedom, independence, creativity and adherence to the rules, were also applied to participants in the course. in the joint sessions were created the best conditions for the implementation of the skills and abilities of everyone, as well as teamwork in achieving the goals. Thank you for the transferred experience, friendly and warm atmosphere, created by the course coach and gained practical knowledge ", - expresses her gratitude our Assistabt to Montessori teacher, Emilia.
